Monthly Luncheon - several members have expressed that they have had problems logging in and registering for lunch. Below are instructions on how to do both.
How to log in: (if you are not a member of HAHU but are a member of NAHU, please contact jbacot@corebenefits.com to be added to our system)
1. Go to www.hahu.org
2. Click on Members Only
3. Your user name is: your email
4. The initial password is password
5. Enter and confirm a new password
How to register for the lunch:
1. If you are a member log in first to be eligible to get the members rate.
2. Select your:
a. Entree choice
b. Desert yes/no
c. Add any members or guests (make the entree and desert choice for each)
3. If you want any leg fund raffle tickets select the amount you want.
4. Enter your billing and credit card information. You can not register without providing a credit card or using banked money. As of 1/12/2010 no member has banked money. You can get banked money by mailing in a check or giving Kathi cash or check at a HAHU event.
5. You can use 2 credit cards and designate how much to charge each card.
6. You can store your credit card to use next time by selecting credit card on file. Please note at credit card on file does not refer to a credit card you have given to Kathi.
Please note your credit cards will not be charged until the Friday before each event. If you register after Friday your credit card will be charge at the time of registration. If you have problems registering and notify Dewayne or Kathi by email by the Saturday before the luncheon you will not be charged the $10 non-registration fee. We appreciate your patience during this transition to a new system. We hope to have all the bugs worked out this month so that next month goes smoothly. The changes we made are to make your experience better and if you have any suggestions please let us know.
